Refunds and Returns
All sales are final.
EpoxyCore will not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges or order cancellations. Each product is one of a kind, delicate and custom made for you. Epoxycore will not be held responsible for any damage to the product by the shippers or customers.
If you have any issues with your order please email epoxycore@outlook.com. I will always try my best to assist you and help solve problems however no refunds or returns will be granted.
In the unlikely scenario that I do approve of a return a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Damaged Products
Pictures of any damage including pictures of the packaging are required if there is any claim or damage however I will not be held liable for this.
Once delivered, ensure the product is not damaged and contact EpoxyCore immediately if there is anything wrong with the item.
Please take pictures or videos of any package that arrives damaged. This evidence is needed to make a claim with the shipping company.
If you bought a product with glasswork, crystals or stones in some (unlikely) cases they may come loose or even fall off. This product is not damaged or defective, contact EpoxyCore for instructions to secure the product.
EpoxyCore is longer responsible for the handling of your product once dispatched. Any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit will not be my responsibility.
Please be sure that all information provided is CORRECT. EpoxyCore is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If a package is non-deliverable to the address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.
If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the return to sender fee as well as the re-shipment cost. If the package is destroyed due to non-claim by a customer, the customer must re-purchase the item.
