I can dry out your flowers and include them in the beautiful heart keepsake for you to keep your memories alive forever.

Process and Information
For all resin processes that involve flowers, they need to be dried to ensure they can be preserved in the resin without issues. I dry my flowers in silica sand that is specially made for drying before the resin process thus it is the highest quality possible. However, the process is not always the same and flowers can react differently depending on where they’re from and what they have been treated with beforehand. Colours can lighten/darken throughout the process, they can shrinkage in some cases too and the shape may be altered.
For best results the flowers should be sent as soon as possible- I would recommend within 3 days - if more time has passed I can still work with the flowers but the quality of drying will not be the same.
Every effort is always made to ensure that the flowers sent are taken care of and dried and cast appropriately by myself- however, there can sometimes be issues with the flowers. All flowers sent are at your own risk I will not be responsible for any lost post or any issues that may arise- some florists add additives/chemicals to flowers which can impact the drying or casting process- I will not be held liable for any of this.
Feel free to send me some extra flowers in case any issues do arise!
When ordering select the number of flowers you would like encased not the number you send. Please feel free to message me regarding any preservation of flower requests you may have!
Please note that if I have flowers left over I will not be able to return them as the drying process will leave them too fragile to return.

3. Package your flowers securely (I recommend using Tupperware) ensuring they are not squished and damaged through the delivery process - all damage should be prevented/minimises
4. Send to address (I will message this to you once you place your order) - please send the flowers on next-day delivery guaranteed to ensure they are as fresh as possible.
Processing Time
The drying process can take anywhere up to 3 weeks depending on what type of flowers are sent, once they are dry only then will I begin the resin process after which you should receive your order!
This means the total time can take anywhere up to 6 weeks.

Stonework refers to any sort of glass/stonework including quartz crystals.

Once you receive your coasters and trays avoid using hot items on them for at least 3 weeks after delivery.
The epoxy resin I use is heat proof up to 90 Degrees Celsius once fully cured - after 21 day
Clean with damp microfiber cloth with window cleaner or warm soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals.
Some pieces are made with glass and stonework, please wear appropriate gloves when handling.
Avoid exposing the products to direct sunlight or exposed flame.
Although food safe, it is not recommended that food be in direct contact to cured resin.
If cup marks do appear on coasters after extended use, dip into hot (NOT BOILING) water and place on flat surface they should be back to normal.
Resin naturally yellows overtime, I use resin with UV protection however it is inevitable overtime following the care instructions is vital to avoid premature yellowing.

Shipping times vary depending on the products ordered as all products are handmade and personalised for you. Please refer to the product description for a specific timeframe.
Ready made products will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.
Some items may take longer if additional packaging needs to be purchased.
Shipping to the UK
This is free and is sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class the majority of the time. This service is not tracked. Please contact me at epoxycore@outlook.com to upgrade to tracked shipping.
Some parcels will be shipped with a different provider through Parcel2Go.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for parcels up to 2kg.
Bigger and heavier parcels will be shipped with a different provider through Parcel2Go
In some cases for international delivery, please allow 7-14 business days for items to be packaged and shipped as additional packaging materials will need to be purchased.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.These are established by your local customs authorities.
VAT/TAX/CUSTOMS
EpoxyCore will not be held liable for any custom charges or further tax for any orders.
Shipments from outside the EU incur a VAT payment. This included the UK. To avoid a high customs charge and additional charges I would recommend placing your order through Etsy.

I will not be held liable if you fail to message me or disclose the colour and design you would like.
Working with resin is unpredictable and the colours blend and have a mind of their own to an extent. It is impossible to create resin items without small unnoticeable defects.
Please do not confuse this with a 'damaged' item - this does not decrease the quality or purpose of
the item!

EpoxyCore will not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges or order cancellations. Each product is one of a kind, delicate and custom made for you. Epoxycore will not be held responsible for any damage to the product by the shippers or customer.
If you have any issues with your order please email: epoxycore@outlook.com I will always try my best to assist you and help solve problems however no refunds or returns will be granted.
In the unlikely scenario that I do approve of a return a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. I apologise for any inconveniences.
Damaged Products
Pictures of any damage including pictures of the packaging are required if there is any claim or damage however I will not be held liable for this.
Once delivered, ensure the product is not damaged and contact EpoxyCore immediately if there is anything wrong with the item.
Please take pictures or videos of any package that arrives damaged. This evidence is needed to make a claim with the shipping company.
If you bought a product with glasswork, crystals or stones in some (unlikely) cases they may come loose or even fall off. This product is not damaged or defective, contact EpoxyCore for instructions to secure the product.
EpoxyCore is longer responsible for the handling of your product once dispatched. Any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit will not be my responsibility.
Please be sure that all information provided is CORRECT. EpoxyCore is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If package is non-deliverable to address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.
If a package is returned to us, customer is responsible for paying return to sender fee as well as re-shipment cost. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, customer must re-purchase item.
